Subscriptions are available in 3-month, 6-month, 1-year, and 2-year packages. Payment is processed securely. All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Subscriptions are activated within minutes after payment confirmation.

4. Permitted Use

• The service is for personal, non-commercial use only
• Account sharing beyond the purchased number of connections is prohibited
• Reselling or redistributing the service without authorization is strictly forbidden
• Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or manipulate the service

5. Content Availability

Channel availability and content may vary by region. VaroTV does not guarantee availability of specific channels at all times and reserves the right to modify the channel lineup. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose
• Recording, distributing, or broadcasting content without authorization
• Using VPN services to circumvent geographical restrictions for unauthorized content
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers

7. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through VaroTV is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content accessed through the service.

8. Account Suspension

VaroTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice. No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

VaroTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription.

Refund Policy

3. Eligibility for Refund

4. Non-Refundable Cases

5. How to Request a Refund

7. Service Issues & Compensation

1. DMCA Compliance

VaroTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement.

2. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that content available through our service infringes your copyright, please provide our designated DMCA Agent with the following information in writing:
